  • You may, but you still can't copy a resume and think you've made an encyclopedic article. It's promotional, not-neutral, et cetera. If you want an article on this person you'll have to write it, using references to reliable sources--or it is liable to be speedied as A7 (no claim to importance) or G11 (promotional).
