List of Jinn in Folklore moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, List of Jinn in Folklore, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. buidhe 15:33, 22 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I blocked because I never gave source to axiomatic informations but actually I cited many of my contributions, I want you cited any source from old books that stated there is member called أبو السعد 22 will be deserved to be blocked, so you need to learn the logic from aristotle not all informations need to cited a sources, you don't need to block any new member just because he disagreed with old member except that member fire many edit wars or have hostility to others and that what I didn't do

Decline reason:

This unblock request is incoherent. Yamla (talk) 12:01, 27 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

as I said the block for edit wars, break the rules or hostility not for disagreeing with others. also not all informations need sources btw I cited even my trivias with sources

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

I understand everything

but I don't think this fair blocked anyone because disagreement only

they never told me anything you can search in my talk page

you should to know the difference between axiomatic information and theoretical information

axiomatic like easy information (e.g. block someone) doesn't need any source

@NinjaRobotPirate:so please give me source that I deserve to be blocked

I won't accept any source but academic source

I am also want any academic source that stated "there is wikipedian called أبو السعد 22 deserve to be blocked"

you need to learn the logic only theoretical informations need source not axiomatic

by your logic block someone without source is not fair

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.

Given your trolling here (asking for an academic source that says you should be blocked) and via email (bragging that you will continue to evade your block), I've revoked your access to both. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 18:24, 27 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Translation

edit

Hey, I have a request, could you translate the "Jinn"-picture on the Jinn article (Imam Ali conquers jinn) to me? I tried but I really struggle reading Arabic and Persian writings on manusrcipts. I would like to check the context of the picture and if the creatures are indeed intented to be jinn. --VenusFeuerFalle (talk) 02:37, 5 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

VenusFeuerFalle, this user has been indefinitely blocked with revocation of talk page access, so they will not be able to help you. And their editing is a problem; see this ANI discussion for why. I recommend reverting any of their edits at Jinn. Crossroads -talk- 05:45, 5 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
Oh thanks for the advice. Well, this surprises me, since we recently had some good exchange about Arabic words and phrases. The user has not done any edit on the Jinn-Article, however. But knew they is fluent in Arabic, therefore I asked them.--VenusFeuerFalle (talk) 13:01, 5 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
And I was looking forward to learning the difference between a demon, an imp and a hell monster. Sure is a fine line in English, if ever a line at all. Either of you fine folks know? InedibleHulk (talk) 04:46, 1 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
I just wanted to find out what all the different hell monsters were. But he wouldn't tell, so he had to be globally locked. Crossroads -talk- 05:32, 1 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
Ah, like Hordak. I forget how other sorcerers managed to keep in touch with him despite all that, but it happened there and it can happen here. So soon the secrets of hell shall be ours, my shadowy new yet strangely familiar casual acquaintance! InedibleHulk (talk) 07:36, 1 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Shayatin

edit

A tag has been placed on Category:Shayatin requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Liz Read!
