editPlease stop. If you continue to add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. - I apologize if all this seems a bit harsh. I probably should have used a different warning here. I'm sure you actually have good intentions, it's just that putting a bunch of social media links (even if it's about the article subject) isn't the best idea. See this list for why. If you are looking for suggestions on how to make small changes to articles you're interested in that are constructive, I could give some ideas? Clovermossđ (talk) 13:15, 23 December 2023 (UTC)
If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for adding spam links. Persistent spammers will have their websites blacklisted from Wikipedia and potentially penalized by search engines. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page:

. Â Daniel Case (talk) 18:50, 23 December 2023 (UTC)This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
