You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but if you wish to acquire additional privileges, you can simply create a named account. It's free, requires no personal information, and lets you:
- Create new pages and rename pages
- Edit semi-protected pages
- Upload images
- Have your own watchlist, which shows when articles you are interested in have changed
If you edit without using a named account, your IP address (202.166.73.171) is used to identify you instead.
I hope that you, as a new Wikipedian, decide to continue contributing to our project: an encyclopedia of human knowledge that anyone can edit. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, or you can to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. We also have an intuitive guide on editing if you're interested. editHello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Love 97.2FM, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 06:06, 15 November 2017 (UTC)
Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Love 97.2FM. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Jim1138 (talk) 06:12, 15 November 2017 (UTC)
Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did with this edit to Love 97.2FM. Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Jim1138 (talk) 06:45, 15 November 2017 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Capital 95.8FM. Jim1138 (talk) 06:51, 15 November 2017 (UTC)

Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
I noticed your recent edit to Y.E.S. 93.3FM does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.
Edit summary content is visible in:
Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! GS ⋙ ☎ 08:41, 24 November 2017 (UTC)

editPlease refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at List of MediaCorp Channel 8 Chinese Drama Series (2014). Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continual disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. ‖ Ebyabe talk - Health and Welfare ‖ 08:37, 19 December 2017 (UTC)

editHello, I'm TheDoDahMan. I noticed that you recently removed content from Capital 95.8FM without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. editHello and thank you for your enquiry. I am afraid I am not experienced enough with the technical details of editing to give you advice. I suggest that you go to the Teahouse and ask there. At the teahouse very experienced editors will be able to help you.TheDoDahMan (talk) 10:42, 31 May 2019 (UTC)
Deletion of contributions
editHi, I deleted all of your contributions that you just did yesterday. Mass revertion is not allowed on Wikipedia, and I saw that you keep introducing trivia-like info and advertisement-like writing in articles about radio stations of Singapore. This is also not allowed on Wikipedia; if you keep reverting, I'm going to report you on WP:AIV for edit disruption. Cheers. --Bankster (talk) 17:05, 1 June 2019 (UTC)

editYou currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on UFM100.3; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.
Please do not revert the edits back if your edit has been reverted. You should discuss the reason why your edit is valid on the article's talk page. Thanks. WikiAviator (talk) 13:30, 8 June 2019 (UTC)

Managing a conflict of interest
editHello, 202.166.73.171. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page 883JiaFM, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the COI guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Text written like advertisement. Frequent reversion back to the advertisement-like text gives a hint that there may be a conflict of interest between the user behind the IP and the radio station robertsky (talk) 13:18, 4 August 2019 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
Hello 202.166.73.171. I removed a post you had made at WP:AN3 because it was not in the expected form for an edit warring complaint. In particular, you did not list any specific page where you believed that edit warring had occurred. I notice that admins have previously blocked your account for as long as two weeks, which suggests you may not yet have a full understanding of Wikipedia policy. Feel free to ask any experienced contributor for advice. Thanks, EdJohnston (talk) 02:44, 12 August 2019 (UTC)
