Chameleon in Spider-Man: Far From Home

edit

When Pete was scanning his bus with E.D.I.T.H. and covered Dmitri, while his file was encrypted, like it had said "B. Davis" when he was scanning Brad Davis, with Dimitri it said "D. Smerdakov" as in "Dmitri Smerdyakov", confirming that the character is indeed adapted from Chameleon. In addition, given the Fury and Hill we saw in the film were revealed as Skrulls, alongside those working with them, it means that this Dmitri has being a Skrull as an explanation for his comics abilities, which will likely be explored in a future film. While the second part of that sentence in merely an assumption, that Numan Acar portrayed the Chameleon's civilian identity of Dmitri Smerdyakov in Spider-Man: Far From Home is confirmed.

That sounds like a fair bit of original research to me. 2600:1700:E820:1BA0:4AF1:7FFF:FEE5:C031 (talk) 01:32, 7 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

Signatures

edit

By the way, if you are unsure about signing your talk page entries, you can read all about it here: Wikipedia:Signatures. In particular, this:

Signing your posts on talk pages (normally using four tildes: ~~~~), both for the article and non-article namespaces, is required and facilitates discussion by identifying the author of a particular comment.

If you have concerns about this, you could post a question over at the "Teahouse" (a help space for new editors) to talk to other editors than me. It is here: Wikipedia:Teahouse. Have a nice day! CapnZapp (talk) 09:04, 24 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

No signature is needed on that particular talk page entry, but if you feel it is absolutely necessary you can add it. 2600:1700:E820:1BA0:4AF1:7FFF:FEE5:C031 (talk) 13:55, 24 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm CLCStudent. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Chainmail (game) have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the help desk. Thanks. CLCStudent (talk) 13:51, 3 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hi CLCStudent, I think that by calling it a "miniature wargame" it sounds like it is a tiny game that you need a magnifying glass to see. :) The proper term is "miniatures wargame", is it not? 2600:1700:E820:1BA0:4AF1:7FFF:FEE5:C031 (talk) 13:53, 3 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
It just doesn't make sense to use a plural form of any kind of adjective. I have never seen it pronounced that way.CLCStudent (talk) 13:54, 3 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
CLCStudent, saying "miniatures" shows that the game uses miniature models, but saying "miniature wargame" makes it sound like the game itself is tiny. But to each their own, I will leave it as it was. 2600:1700:E820:1BA0:4AF1:7FFF:FEE5:C031 (talk) 13:57, 3 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
Again, I have never seen it pronounced that way before. CLCStudent (talk) 13:58, 3 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Taskmaster (comics), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 19:04, 3 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
