Cannot reach anyone with unblock request.

Form gives me “419 Page Timed Out” every time. Have been ruthlessly blocked by “DatGuy” for “sock puppetry”, which I never heard of until now. Want to speak by phone to a senior administrator, as I cannot understand most of your site. Please call me ASAP at (828)297-7823 (EDT).
