Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. Also, you put the Request for Comment on the wrong page. First, Morgantown is a disambiguation page so that users will know which Morgantown they want. You need to put the RfC box at Talk:Morgantown, West Virginia. --Tenebrae (talk) 20:11, 2 August 2011 (UTC)

On second thought i should not have WP:Rollbacked your edits. A Undo with a kind reason would be less WP:Bitey. Sorry about that.
