Request reason:

I did nothing disruptive. I reported another user who has been disruptive for a long time. The block not only serves no purpose, it is clearly disruptive in its own regard. 76.142.164.63 (talk) 12:37, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

The purpose of the block is clear to me just from this page. 331dot (talk) 16:40, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Also, BBB23's bad-faith attempt at an impersonation, creating a sockpuppet named "Bbb23isbiasedagainstIPs" [1] is beyond any semblance of acceptable behavior. 76.142.164.63 (talk) 12:37, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Doug Weller, this is how your fellow "administrators" behave. 76.142.164.63 (talk) 12:38, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
Please provide your specific evidence that Bbb23IsBiasedAgainstIPs was created by Bbb23. This is an extremely serious charge and on its face, appears to be utter nonsense. --Yamla (talk) 12:40, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Yamla I did not create that account, but Bbb23 used it as an excuse to block me, and to try to claim I was making sockpuppets to attack him. I object to this invalid block and to someone making a sockpuppet for the sole purpose of trying to poison the well against a legitimate report of someone who has been behaving disruptively repeatedly. 76.142.164.63 (talk) 12:43, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
You specifically claimed Bbb23 created that account. I can tell you he didn't. --Yamla (talk) 12:48, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Yamla I think he, or someone else connected to the misbehaving user or protecting the misbehaving user, did. Because I did NOT create it and if you can tell me he didn't, you can tell me who did then. 76.142.164.63 (talk) 12:50, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
That account was created by HouseOfStasis. I cannot comment further except to say this is a self-admitted troll. --Yamla (talk) 12:51, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Yamla if you say so. The block against me is still disruptive on its face and violates wikipedia blocking policy, as I did not disrupt anything. I made a legitimate report of someone who has behaved disruptively on wikipedia for some time, who is engaged in the same conduct they were previously indefinitely blocked for. To be blocked for reporting disruptive is inherently disruptive itself. 76.142.164.63 (talk) 12:56, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
I'm not going to defend Philomathes2357‎ but you geolocate from Texas as do several other IPs who have been attacking him. WP:DUCK seems to apply here. How about creating an account next time, admit you've been using IPs, and try to be less strident? That might get you further but no guarantees. Doug Weller talk 13:02, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Doug Weller I have not been "using IPs." I am not a sockpuppet or "Duck." I reported the bad behavior, which you admit you can't defend. Why is it you're trying to distract from that? 76.142.164.63 (talk) 13:07, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
And your claim that Philomathes2357‎ is socking - they are in very different time zones, doesn't seem at all likely. And I said "won't defend because I don't want to get into that argument. I'v got better things to do. Doug Weller talk 13:12, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Doug Weller You say I "geolocate from Texas." It's 270,000 square miles and I'm one of 30 million people. It's the height of bad faith calling me a "Duck" by that. 76.142.164.63 (talk) 13:13, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
Just a coincidence then? Maybe but not likely. Doug Weller talk 13:40, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Doug Weller "How about" you WP:AGF rather than casting aspersions. Or "How about" you address the problem of Philomathes's disruptive behavior. I'm no sockpuppet and no Duck. My report was legitimate, and this block is not legitimate. 76.142.164.63 (talk) 13:48, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
