Speedy deletion of Template:User jcwsdir

edit

A tag has been placed on Template:User jcwsdir requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it is substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{transclusionless}}</noinclude>).

Thanks. --MZMcBride (talk) 21:09, 20 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hi, I saw that you were discussing inclusion of articles for individual conferences, so I thought I would let you know that I'm proposing a merge of those conferences' articles into one section in the Model United Nations article. Thanks; Wikimancer (talk) 00:08, 9 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

I think you meant to post this to his talk page. After you move the notice, I can have the user page deleted. Wronkiew (talk) 05:05, 9 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Constantinou article

edit

Hey, it looks like someone just copied and pasted his entire bio from the law firm he is working at. Seems like a copyvio to me. Just wanted to check with you though because I see you made some edits not long ago to the page. Let me know if you feel the same way, so I can revert. In this AfD you commented that this material could be merged into bond valuation. If you wished I could copy this (now deleted content) to a user subpage so you could copy and edit it. Tim Vickers (talk) 02:30, 5 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Model United Nations Groups

edit

I had found a special organization that had created the first model of the United Nations online, and you deleted my link. At least several of the people running the group are with the UN, but again it is a model. Who exactly says what is included in these articles or what is not if the matter is real? Why are the primary focal points such as HMUN not taken care of but this page is? The HMUN article is a complete grammatical and referential disaster and should not even be on Wikipedia. I know there is no such thing as article ownership. Granted I am learning to be a writer, but it is professional to state reasons for actions which is policy and you did not. It is ironic to have someone with MUN who does not use good propriety and politics. Ingenosa (talk) 17:21, 12 April 2009 (UTC) Reply

License tagging for File:Newark Broad Street April 2009.JPG

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Newark Broad Street April 2009.JPG. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 14:06, 3 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

AfD nomination of Letter To America

edit

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Letter To America. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Letter To America. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:18, 27 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Seton Hall Library

edit

Hi Mystache. Are you attending or do you occasionally visit Seton Hall University? If so, might you be interested in looking for some papers in their archive in order to clear up some minutia -- specifically resolving a redlink in Marcus Daly (politics) as described here: Talk:Marcus Daly (politics)#Pontifical University of Colombia ? -- Thinking of England (talk) 09:43, 15 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

  • There is certainly no rush, and I wasn't even sure how you'd react to some random user requesting help in resolving such minutia. I am currently geographically isolated from any physical library, and really miss the opportunity of digging through archives. -- Thinking of England (talk) 04:23, 18 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
