Regarding this edit: I came across that ColorLines article earlier today, and I was going to add it to the article. You beat me to it.   — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 21:04, 22 July 2016 (UTC)

Nice article. Keep them coming and help add to the 'sum of knowledge'. Did you know that some teachers assign the creation of wikipedia articles as part of their instruction?

Chicago articles

Great work with the DSA-nominated (and other) aldermen articles! And Chicago work generally.--MainlyTwelve (talk) 15:36, 4 April 2019 (UTC)

@MainlyTwelve: Thanks! I appreciate your work adding categories to those pages. Kumar R (talk) 17:42, 4 April 2019 (UTC)

Of course! Also, guess I should have said “endorsed” rather than nominated.MainlyTwelve (talk) 05:13, 5 April 2019 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:Themarkofthecrown.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Themarkofthecrown.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:23, 10 March 2020 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of File:MArunachalam.jpg

The file File:MArunachalam.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unused, low-res, no obvious use

WNBA Standings

Since you seem to be the other main person editing WNBA articles this year, and there isn't an active talk page for a WNBA project, figured I'd ask you here... Do you think this years WNBA Standings should remove the Home, Road, and Commissioner's cup columns? I know home/road is shown on the source page, but all games are at a neutral location. Thoughts? Swimmer33 (talk) 14:04, 27 July 2020 (UTC)

Yeah, I would agree that we can remove those three columns, and leave a note on the template page explaining why. Thanks for thinking about this! Kumar (talk) 14:32, 27 July 2020 (UTC)
Sounds good to me! I'll try to get around to deleting those this afternoon if you haven't already. By the way, I've kinda used [page] to keep track of any WNBA to-dos. I know all the roster templates need some help since rosters are smaller this year. Also looks like there are some players that need pages.Swimmer33 (talk) 17:34, 27 July 2020 (UTC)
This is great; thanks for the heads up! Kumar (talk) 17:44, 27 July 2020 (UTC)

Ways to improve Red, White and Blue (film)

Hello, Kumarhk,

Thank you for creating Red, White and Blue (film).

I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:

The “Reception” section can’t rely on Metacritic and Rotten Tomatoes. The article needs critical reviews from named reviewers in newspapers and magazines.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Mccapra}}. Remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.

Jessie Fuentes moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Jessie Fuentes, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three, to be safe. And please remember that interviews, as primary sources, do not count towards GNG.(?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.Onel5969 TT me 13:38, 18 March 2023 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Chicago City Council, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Washington Park, Chicago. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Hi, I saw that you have edited {{Infobox WNBA team season}} so that it will accept "championship_win" parameter and output appropriate championship subheader. Could you please also add that to the template document as well?

And, more importantly, could you make it so that it doesn't fail Module:Check for unknown parameters? Currently, articles that use this new parameter are being collected in Category:Pages using infobox WNBA team season with unknown parameters. Aithus (talk) 03:40, 18 May 2023 (UTC)
