As you've already been told, lack of notability is not a reason to nominate an article for speedy deletion. You would need to nominate it for deletion the usual way, through WP:AFD. I'm also a bit confused by your statement that "there are no sources" in this article; there are several. Did you mean something else? Since she is a Ugandan I took more care to Ugandan sources and I didn't see one like New Vision or Daily Monitor thats why I had tagged it but have self reverted. Thank you for the communication. Acongratulations (talk) 07:31, 5 September 2026 (UTC)

Decline reason:

This is a checkuser block, meaning it is supported with private technical evidence that even normal admins like me cannot see. Socking is itself a violation of policy even if your edits have merit.
