Speedy deletion of Image:Lambang kutai kartanegara.jpg

A tag has been placed on Image:Lambang kutai kartanegara.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I6 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free image with no fair use rationale uploaded after May 4, 2006 which has been tagged as not having a rationale for more than 7 days.
