You need to copy the unblock request template from the block notice and paste it below, then place this text in replacement of the words "your reason here", as the instructions in the block notice describe, otherwise no one will see your request.

Instead of using the Reply feature I would just open the edit window directly by clicking "edit" at the top of the screen, or in the section header for this section.
