Proposed deletion of Green Messiah
editA proposed deletion template has been added to the article Green Messiah, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
- An extensive Google search reveals no evidence that this novel has ever been published (and this evidence that it has NOT been); unpublished novels lack notability, there are no reliable sources to substantiate any of the claims, and this has strong elements of advertising
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Articles for deletion nomination of Green Messiah
editI have nominated Green Messiah, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Green Messiah. A few tips
editIn case you're wondering why your article will (very probably) be deleted, there are a number of criteria that articles have to meet. In this case you might like to read WP:SPAM, WP:CRYSTAL, WP:BK and the license that applies to all WP articles. I hope this sheds some light on the matter. Thanks, Yintaɳ 11:13, 22 May 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of New Creationism
editA tag has been placed on New Creationism, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Yintaɳ 11:15, 22 May 2009 (UTC)

Thanks
editTo all those who have contributed comments above - thank you for your time and consideration. I have to say that your arguments convinced me almost as soon as I read them and I was logging on this evening to see how to remove my entries before they were automatically removed. Missed the boat, though.
I look forward to setting up articles on Luke Andreski's Green Messiah and New Creationism when these works are more properly in the public domain - but on that occasion will seek Wikipedia advice in advance!
All the best,
"Agent At AWDS"?
editI'm not sure what AWDS might be, but your username leaves me a little concerned, as nobody is permitted to act as someone else's agent here, since that would generally constitute a violation of our rules on conflict of interest and/or neutral point of view. Could you inform me what your username means, so that we can set these concerns to rest? --Orange Mike | Talk 23:13, 3 June 2009 (UTC)
