Edit warring

edit

You are engaged in an edit war at the Benjamin Disraeli article. You need to stop now and discuss your thoughts at the talk page. You also NEED to read WP:3RR. If you revert again I will not hesitate to file a report about you edit warring: this may lead to your being blocked from editing. The best course of action you can take now is to discuss on the talk page and not revert again until a consensus emerges. - SchroCat (talk) 10:32, 30 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 11:11, 30 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for your disruption caused by edit warring and violation of the three-revert rule at Benjamin Disraeli. During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  — Crisco 1492 (talk) 11:16, 30 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
