Tennis Edits

edit

Hi. Could you please use the edit summary to explain what you are doing when editing articles. Thanks. Could you also explain why you are adding the 'Retired' field to current players, just to note that they are not, in fact, retired. Has this been decided in the Tennis Project? It seems to be rather pointless adding a field that simply negates itself. --Escape Orbit (Talk) 10:32, 20 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Tennis Edits

As you will neither respond to my questions, or use the edit summary to explain your actions, I have no option but to continue to revert your edits. Do you not think we could both be better employed by actually communicating? --Escape Orbit (Talk) 17:25, 28 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Please explain your edits at the discussion started on Wikiproject Tennis. At the same time, I'd also like to request you hold on your edits of this fashion until the issue is resolved. LeaveSleaves 17:58, 28 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
