Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 109.54.89.129. I use an Android phone as hotspot. Changed to another provider IP: 37.160.148.64. Blocked because of "block evasion". I only have 2 phones..... Ambusy (talk) 18:24, 7 July 2023 (UTC)

Decline reason:

Both IPs are indeed blocked at the moment, although you could edit from another one (like, a desktop?). I doubt we could lift those blocks. So instead I recommend going over to WP:IPECPROXY and following those instructions to request IP block exemption. — Daniel Case (talk) 06:26, 8 July 2023 (UTC)
