Does this mean you are one of the original authors? The entire first section is word for word from the abstract.

Short phrases can be used word for word under certain circumstances:

1. If they are properly included in quotes
2. If a reference to the source is included
3. if there is a good reason to use the original wording rather than rewording.

While the reference is there, neither of the other two are satisfied.

Hello, Americanluck. I saw your posts from a few hours ago on another editor's talk page. You seemed to be in danger. I'm writing to ask how you're doing, and to offer my compassion and kind wishes. Please know that I'm thinking of you.

It sounded, from your posts, like life was feeling pretty awful. I hope you can remember times when life didn't feel like that, and keep your mind open to the possibility that you will feel good again.

I understand your fear of calling a hotline to ask for help. Is there anyone in your life you can trust to behave with your welfare as the number one priority? Even if they sometimes get it wrong, having someone nearby who is on your side, and who knows what you're going through, can make a big difference.

I hope you'll ask someone local to help you through this particularly rough time.
