Sockpuppet investigation

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. Who is sjchin? I do not know anyone by the name of sjchin. I am a student and I want to start editing on Wikipedia. I thought of going ahead with this company. Please unblock my account.

This is really just a repetition of the previous unblock request, and again ignores the abusive use of multiple accounts.
