Hello, Argali1, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Dishiishe, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content protocols, and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.{unblock|reason= I didn't create the Page namely Dishiishe, the page had existed almost two years. May I ask you to review your intention and action on this page. Sincerely Argali1 (talk) 08:52, 23 June 2020 (UTC)}}Reply

Did you read this? You should. Preferably before making any more edits to articles, because you're teetering on the edge of getting blocked from using Wikipedia. While the edits you are making are in good faith, you are at risk of breaking some very important rules such as the three-revert rule. Pause, read up on reliable sources and notability, then read the advice above and start again. Everyone has to start somewhere, but there reaches a point where innocently blundering about not knowing how Wikipedia works becomes disruptive. Lithopsian (talk) 19:08, 18 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

{unblock|reason= I don't deserve such bloc, therefore I furtherly ask you to unblock me. I was just restoring Dishiishe page which worths to stay on Wikipedia because it represents a considerbale Somali tribe. From today I promise to not revert wikipedian's contributions but I will engage discussions just in order to prove that i was right. To begin the discussions i ask you to unblock me. I will try to prove all things through discussions and reliable sources. Thank you Argali1 (talk) 08:47, 23 June 2020 (UTC)}}Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, as you did at Dishiishe, you may be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. Barkeep49 (talk) 03:25, 19 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Dishiishe is a considerbale Somali tribe, the page Dishiishe has been redirected to Darod whic is ungood act. Wikipedia should let the page Dishiishe to have its existance.

Thank you. Argali1 (talk) 07:49, 19 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Why your edits are being removed

Hello Argali,

You keep restoring the article Dishiishe and different editors keep making it redirect to Darod. I can understand that you do not like this, because you think this subject is important and needs its own page. We do not think the subject is unimportant, but to have an article on Wikipedia you need to have more than one reliable source that is independent of the topic and discusses it in detail. Please take some time to find the right sources before starting the article again. --Slashme (talk) 13:33, 19 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Dishiishe. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to lose their editing privileges. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to result in loss of your editing privileges. Thank you. You have been blocked from editing for a period of 36 hours for edit warring, as you did at Dishiishe. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  signed, Rosguill talk 23:43, 19 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
Argali, engaging with other editors' concerns is required on Wikipedia. I genuinely want you to to be able to add content about Somali tribes to Wikipedia, but you need to do so in a manner which complies with Wikipedia's policies. Namely, that means providing citations to reliable sources that support the claims made in the article. Currently the citations that you've provided at Dishiishe and elsewhere generally do not support the actual content in the articles. You need to follow these rules, or we're unfortunately going to have to bar you from editing for longer periods of time. signed, Rosguill talk 23:47, 19 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I just restoring Dishiishe Page, the page created in 2018. Some users redirected it to Darod which is totally a wrong act. Dishiishe Is considerble Somali tribe, had MPs in Somali Parliament and vast territory. Wikipedia should allow the page to have its own stay on wikipedia[1].

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 17:30, 20 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Decline reason:

Wikipedia works by consensus, if your change is reverted you should open a discussion, not edit war. PhilKnight (talk) 16:45, 21 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
