You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia while the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 21:03, 27 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

"Administrators should take special care when dealing with new users. Beginning editors are often unfamiliar with Wikipedia policy and convention, and so their behavior may initially appear to be disruptive. Responding to these new users with excessive force can discourage them from editing in the future. See Wikipedia:Do not bite the newcomers." under Common rationales for blocks. Also my potential legal action is against a specific user, not against Wikipedia, it does not apply to you as a foundation. The ongoing and repeated vandalism, libel and slander is the issue here, not my taking note of it and trying to address it. AssemblymanFox (talk) 21:17, 27 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

You are welcome to edit Wikipedia, or you are welcome to make legal threats. You can't do both. Until you unconditionally withdraw your legal threat or until your legal action is complete, you are not permitted to edit here. See WP:NLT for more details. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I withdraw my threat. I now know of a process to handle the situation. The admin that bloked me should have followed protocal and simply informed me of the proper method of dealing with vandals like this character. "Instead of posting a legal threat, you should try to resolve disputes using Wikipedia's dispute-resolution procedures. If your issue involves Wikipedia itself, you should contact the Wikimedia Foundation" AssemblymanFox (talk) 21:44, 27 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

You're a sock puppet of Msqared80 (talk · contribs). You need to explain why you created this throwaway account to make threats. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 05:30, 28 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Seeing as you've also used (likely) other accounts and are claiming to be the Steve Fox, I'd also like an acknowledgment of our WP:COI guidelines. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 21:48, 27 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

From now on I will also propose changes on the talk page. AssemblymanFox (talk) 21:59, 27 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Don't change my comments again. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 18:13, 28 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
I'm afraid, I've had to revoke your talk page access. NinjaRobotPirate told you not to change their comments, but you did this again. That's not acceptable. Note that my revocation of your talk page access should not be taken to imply I oppose any potential unblock. Frankly, I think you are a decent candidate to be unblocked, but it is unacceptable that you edited another person's comments twice, even after being specifically wanted about this. --Yamla (talk) 18:36, 28 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.
