It's clear M6's only use as a TV network is in France (and above for Switzerland, it's clear it's a subfeed with some varied programming easily mentioned in the main article), and the 'French' disambiguation is completely unneeded. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve.
