Yes, not much content, so it's a stub, but already specified with {{comics-char-stub}} so that comics enthusiasts wanting stubs to expand can find it. That's how the stubs system works. PamD 18:38, 25 February 2013 (UTC)

Please note that there are already official noticeboards of the nature of the article you created in the Wikipedia Noticeboards category.
