As per the Wiki etiquettes', I am letting you know why I removed the "Rape allegation" text from Sajjan Jindal's page. I did so in line with WP:BLPCRIME because Sajjan Jindal is not directly a public figure, falling under the "Eminence, but Low-Profile" subsection. According to this guideline, editors should be cautious about including material that implies someone has committed a crime unless there's a conviction.
