Stephanie Cela-Valeriano, better known as Ms.Choppa, or simply Choppa (November 23, 1992) is an American rapper and model of Haitian and Dominican descent.  Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts and from Bronx, New York City. She is best known for her song “Muvva LOC” off her first project Trap Ella and her quarantine drop “Blue Bandana” featuring Vado and Tik Tok sensation, ‘Poppin That’. Choppa is a published model in the 1st issue of “‘IndieEliteMusic magazine’” by Renaldo Creative. Heavily inspired by her close friends and music team at former Area One Studio. Ms. Choppa grew up with a taste for the unorthodox lyricist Shyne Po, Jay-Z, Remy Ma, Eve, and JR Writer. Ms Choppa has features with Fred The GodSon, Nelly Nelz, RIQ, Pat Liban, Vado, Kandie Red, Tsu Surf, and many more. Choppa’s artistic technique and values derive from life experiences both personal and familiar. Ms. Choppa is the CEO of and has successfully founded the growing program “978forever ™  for creative development via healthy outlets for preteens and teens. www.978forever.org
