Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, discussion pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. :3 F4U (they/it) 12:38, 9 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi! I have my own rights on my things (my account, my comments and my topics too, that's what I knew till now). What I removed was my topic on your talk page, I can apologise for my action if it frustrated you but I didn't mean it to be a bad practice or something else like that. Thanks for your suggestions though. Beadrill (talk) 13:01, 9 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Blocked as a sockpuppet

edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts as a sockpuppet of User:Akshadev per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Akshadev. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Spicy (talk) 16:54, 9 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I accept that I used my friend's account (Akshadev) and my secondary account (The Ancestor) for voting at LVM3's RM but seriously, my only intention for doing it was to reflect the correct information to the readers. But now I'm aware of the fact that my method was definitely not right, and I apologise for my actions. I guarantee it won't happen again. This is all I had to say. – Beadrill™T 10:22, 28 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

This actually makes matters worse, not better. Are you saying you are a different person to Akshadev but they granted you access to their account? If so, we'll have to block that account indefinitely as per WP:COMPROMISED. It's hard to believe you thought acting in the manner you did was appropriate when it's blatantly not. Nobody could think that casting fake votes was the right thing to do, so you claiming you thought this raises very serious WP:CIR concerns, or alternatively you are trying to mislead us. Until you address these two issues, I'm afraid there's no possibility we'll be lifting the block. Yamla (talk) 10:28, 28 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Over at User talk:Akshadev, Akshadev claims the above is a lie. That rather than two people being involved, only a single person had control of all three accounts. --Yamla (talk) 11:28, 28 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
