Ռաֆայել Սեդրակի Սարգսյան (1919-2000), հայ նկարիչ:

Ծնվել է 1919թ․ Թբիլիսիում։ Ավարտել է Երևանի Փանոս Թերլեմեզյանի անվան ուսումնարանը։ 1949թ․ ընդունվել է Լենինգրադի (Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի) Ռեպինի անվան գեղարվեստի ակադեմիա։ Առողջական խնդիրների պատճառով 1952թ․ տեղափոխվել է Երևան և ուսումը շարունակել Երևանի Գեղարվեստա-թատերական ինստիտուտում, որն ավարտել է 1956թ․։ 1946թ․-ից մասնակցել է հանրապետական, ԽՍՀՄ և միջազգային ցուցահանդեսների։ Ձևավորել է Լենինականի (Գյումրու) Մռավյանի անվան դրամատիկական թատրոնի բազմաթիվ ներկայացումներ։

Ռաֆայել Սարգսյանը մի շարք մոնումենտալ որմնանկարների հեղինակ է, այդ թվում՝ Էջմիածնի Գևորգյան հոգևոր ճեմարանի գրադարանի գմբեթի՝ համահեղինակությամբ Հակոբ Հակոբյանի, Աշոտ Մելքոնյանի և Հենրիկ Սիրվանյանի։ Մասնակցել է նաև ԽՍՀՄ Ժողովրդական տնտեսության նվաճումների ցուցահնադեսի Հայաստանի տաղավարի ձևավորման աշխատանքներին։ Աշխատանքներից գտնվում են Հայաստանի ազգային պատկերասրահում։

Ստեղծագործական աշխատանքին զուգահեռ, երկար տարիներ դասավանդել է Երևանի Պոլիտեխնիկական (Ճարտարապետության և շինարարարության Հայաստանի ազգային համալսարան) ինստիտուտի գծանկարի բաժնում։
