Jehovah's Witnesses project

edit

I have started a discussion regarding the content wikipedia has regarding the Jehovah's Witnesses at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Jehovah's Witnesses#Comments regarding template and project. Seeing that you are listed as a member of that project, I would appreciate any responses to the material there you would like to make. Thank you. John Carter (talk) 14:34, 8 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Now that is the fastest response I have seen to anything I've done!! Thanks - I'm still fairly new to this, and forgot there isn't an automatic build if there's less than 4 items - missed it on the proofing as well (because I had one eye on the Olympic speed skating) - something learned there. Speedy deletion declined: Chitrada

edit

Hello Belteshazzar293. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Chitrada, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Article about a place, therefore not eligible for A7. Thank you. —SpacemanSpiff 03:04, 18 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

I don't know why you accused me of copyright violation, I don't do such things. I know copyright detection computer programmes exist and I'm happy for Wikipedia to use those programmes to prove I didn't copy anyone else's work. The article is also at Liberapedia where I copied it a day after I wrote it here, see history. I wrote it myself here yesterday. I was trying to help suicidal people and I don't feel I deserve these fantasy accusations for that. Proxima Centauri (talk) 19:08, 7 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

New deal for page patrollers

edit

Hi Belteshazzar293,

In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created.

Under the new rule, you may find that you are temporarily unable to mark new pages as reviewed. However, this is nothing to worry about - most current experienced patrollers are being accorded the the new right without the need to apply, and if you have significant previous experience of patrolling new pages, we strongly encourage you to apply for the new right as soon as possible - we need all the help we can get, and we are now providing a dynamic, supportive environment for your work.

Find out more about this exiting new user right now at New Page Reviewers and be sure to read the new tutorial before applying. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 04:28, 13 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
