Hello, I'm I am bad at usernames. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Synergy Aircraft Synergy have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. I am bad at usernames (talk · contribs) 21:51, 24 February 2026 (UTC)
Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Synergy Aircraft Synergy. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use your sandbox. Thank you. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 22:00, 24 February 2026 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Synergy Aircraft Synergy, you may be blocked from editing. The article you are editing is about a specific proposed aircraft, not about the company that proposed it or any subsequent company that acquired the design. Again, create a draft for DBT Aero, but do not further hijack the existing page. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 22:14, 24 February 2026 (UTC)
- I can understand your concerns regarding our recent update to the DBT Aero Wikipedia article. The company has changed hands, and the owner has asked me, as his Chief of Staff, to update the article to reflect the facts about the company as it currently stands. Very little of the information on the current (reverted) page is accurate at this time.
- How would you suggest I confirm that the information is correct and that it is not marketing material, but rather just the facts as they stand today?
- I look forward to your guidance. BenNeivert (talk) 22:40, 24 February 2026 (UTC)
Page hijacking
[edit]In this edit, you completely rewrote an article about an aircraft called the Synergy Aircraft Synergy to be about a completely different topic - a company called DBT Aero. At Wikipedia, we call this page hijacking, and it is considered a form of vandalism. If you would like to create a new article about DBT Aero, you should do so at Draft:DBT Aero, and then submit the article for review through the articles for creation process. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 22:03, 24 February 2026 (UTC)
- I understand. I will do this as well. Perhaps we ca get the Synergy page to point to the new DBT Aero page as Synery was acquired by DBT Aero and does not exsist as a separate entity.
- Thank you for your guidance. BenNeivert (talk) 22:42, 24 February 2026 (UTC)
- Again, I'll point out that the Synergy Aircraft Synergy article is about the aircraft, not the company that made it. If you can get your draft accepted, then the Synergy article can certainly link to the DBT Aero article. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 12:33, 25 February 2026 (UTC)
