Speedy deletion nomination of Frank Buckley Walker
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Frank Buckley Walker requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content or organised event, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Frank Walker
editYour changes to Frank Walker have been reverted. There are multiple people named Frank Walker with articles on Wikipedia. A new article should be created at e.g Frank Walker (talent agent) rather than overwriting the existing disambiguation page. Tassedethe (talk) 05:13, 31 October 2014 (UTC)

editSome nice work! Drop me a line if I can ever be of assistance, I see you've gotten a moderate number of automatic or semi-automatic messages above, but not so much in the way of a personal welcome, this can be a hard place to navigate at first. Have a great week. Cheers, --j⚛e deckertalk 16:37, 3 November 2014 (UTC)
Problems with upload of File:Fbw with nixon.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Fbw with nixon.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Misao-Okawa.jpg
editA tag has been placed on File:Misao-Okawa.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
DAJF (talk) 00:25, 12 November 2014 (UTC)

Ryan Knight leaving Black Dahlia
editHello, I've reverted your edit on The Black Dahlia Murder, because I couldn't find anything about Ryan Knight leaving the band upon a quick Google search. Please add a source if you have one.
By the way, nice work on Frank Buckley Walker. I suggest that you add more links to it to other articles. If you click on "what links here" on the toolbar on the left of the page, it reveals that only 5 other articles link there as of now. Adding more links where relevant is a good way to integrate a new article into Wikipedia.----MASHAUNIX 03:39, 30 November 2014 (UTC)

Kevin Rutherford (talk) 18:32, 31 December 2014 (UTC)- Hi Shaunbreuner, I'm just leaving a message on your talk page to let you know that I speedily deleted the Mary Ann Rhodes (supercentenarian) by criteria G4, as Rhodes was deemed insufficiently notable for Wikipedia by consensus and a deletion debate and your new article did not address the concerns that were raised in the discussion. Unfortunately, unless more reliable sources can be found about her, she will have to remain redirected to List of Canadian supercentenarians. Feel free to respond here or on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Canadian Paul 00:43, 11 January 2015 (UTC)

Your draft article, User:Shaunbreuner/sandbox
editHello, Shaunbreuner. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "sandbox".
The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply {{db-afc}}
or {{db-g13}}
code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|User:Shaunbreuner/sandbox}}
, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.
Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 20:38, 26 May 2015 (UTC)

- Happysailor (Talk) 21:17, 8 August 2015 (UTC)The article Jim Vienneau has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. reddogsix (talk) 01:05, 18 August 2015 (UTC)

Ethnicelebs.com as a source
editHi Bgmyersftp . I noticed that you recently used ethnicelebs.com as a source for information in a biography article, Draft:Mark Foster (singer). Please note that there is general consensus that ethnicelebs.com does not meet the reliable sourcing criteria for the inclusion of personal information in such articles. editPoor sourcing in BLPs
editPlease ensure that you are only using sources meeting the reliable sourcing criteria (not databases, primary documents or genealogical websites) to support the inclusion of biographical statistics to articles on living persons. In addition, only material directly verifiable in the reliable sources should be included. Your edits to Grace Potter contradicted both of these requirements and have been reverted per WP:BLP.-- Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 21:00, 23 November 2021 (UTC)
