Bill3602
Welcome!
editHello, Bill3602, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.
To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)
In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.
Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}}
before the question. Again, welcome! Philipnelson99 (talk) 04:24, 25 January 2023 (UTC)
Use of non-free files on Draft:Political violence in the United States during the Cold War
editPlease be aware of our policy on the use of non-free media. In particular, the use of such media outside of actual, live articles is no permitted, per the 9th element of that policy. Even if this were accepted as an article, the use you are attempting would never be permitted. We do not iconicize non-free images to put them into infoboxes as you are attempting. Further, even if that were acceptable, you'd have to add a rationale for every use of non-free media in addition to the rationales already on the image description pages, and such rationales would never be acceptable because of the nature of their use. Please stop restoring non-free images to the draft. You are effectively edit warring with a bot that removes such images from non-articles. If you have questions, let me know. Thanks, --Hammersoft (talk) 02:36, 1 August 2023 (UTC)

editHello, I'm ObserveOwl. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Kai Cenat Union Square giveaway, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ObserveOwl (talk) 18:55, 5 August 2023 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page Political violence in the United States during the Cold War, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:
- A "bare URL and missing title" error. References show this error when they do not have a title. Please edit the article to add the appropriate title parameter to the reference. (Fix | Ask for help)
Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 21:12, 11 August 2023 (UTC)
