He meant notability standards, but the point is well-taken. I would be hard-pressed to find notability in an amateur dramatic society unless it has received major attention -- major, as in at the national level -- from third-party media. This doesn't mean local dramatic reviews. I would recommend that you provide that sort of reliable source as quickly as possible because this article is on the verge of being deleted.
