Hello Bolekaja, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your recent posts at the HelpDesk suggest you may be having some trouble understanding the editing process. Answers to HelpDesk questions are always answered on that page, and you can follow the link in the lower blue box above to find your way back to your last question and its answers. Basically, you seem to have uploaded a draft article as a PDF file to Wikimedia Commons. That's not how it's done, so User:Cyphoidbomb helpfully reformatted your draft and put it into a sandbox where you can work on it until it's finished. The text is now at User:Bolekaja/Dele Jegede.
