Request reason:
I was coming on creating pages for our communities' works which aren't well known. I used to create pages mostly for manipur to contribute the works to the world. And all the pages are official not any spam or for promotion. Please re-consider the steps taken.

There's no such thing as "official" pages here. It looks like you don't really understand how Wikipedia works. That's okay, it's very different from most sites. Here, we don't want you to write about subjects for which you have a conflict of interest. The relevant pages that explain this are WP:NOT, WP:COI, WP:PAID, and WP:PROMO.
