I am very sorry for violating the Wikipedia editorial policy. It was not my intention - I didn't fully inform myself of the requirements before attempting to update the page. I do work for Bowmans. Now that I understand what is required I will limit my edits to providing factual updates/ corrections.

Thank you for your feedback. Here is the information required:

1. Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the paid-contribution disclosure requirement: I am employed by Bowmans and receive a monthly salary in compensation. My role is to manage external communications including what is said about Bowmans online.
2. Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked. I understand that the reason I was blocked is because (a) I created a user name that implies that the company is updating the information and (b) I published promotional information in the form of a company profile on the page.
3. Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked. I intend updating factual information about Bowman Gilfillan including the number of lawyers, number of employees, the name of the chairman and senior partner, updated information on the firm including the fact that it now has an office in Namibia. I would like to remove reference to the matter on the page because it is so outdated.

That would be fine as a new username(if you want to use your real name as your username). You'll need to better describe how you will make contributions related to your conflict of interest(hint) and agree to formally disclose your paid status(see WP:PAID for instructions).
