Hello, CYAce01, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as File:26th+Annual+Rock+Roll+Hall+Fame+Induction+rzpImfx FA9l.jpg, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may not be retained.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{help me}} on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Questions or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! Whpq (talk) 20:39, 23 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

A tag has been placed on File:26th+Annual+Rock+Roll+Hall+Fame+Induction+rzpImfx FA9l.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. I do want to apologize for the disruptive BS I sent yesterday. But I do help with timelines though. A petty dumbass this on my part. If you need any help with timelines. Let me know. I’ll be glad to help when I’m available. If your interested I’m currently remastering the timeline of Flotsam and Jetsam. The only problem is that I’m horrible with making new pages. But I do respect on your timeline contributions. Anyways Chao. A.R.M. 03:51, 15 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

@ARMcgrath:: All's good. Thanks for the kind words. Sorry if I was petty on the other end of things. I'd be glad to help in any way, too. And I'll keep you posted if I need help in our adventures. I could definitely take a peek at Flotsam and Jetsam, but you're probably light years ahead of me on the research! Happy editing! CYAce01 (talk) 05:55, 15 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

  Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Metallica, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. 4TheWynne (talk contribs) 14:37, 27 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

@4TheWynne: Thanks for your feedback on the matter. But I'd like to know how my addition to John Marshall being a touring member was not constructive. John Marshall was in fact a member of Kirk's guitar tech team AND filled in for James during two tours. That alone would make him a "touring member" twice. The information is also already stated in the article in two different "History" sections and is accurate. Why not be complete and add the information to the "Touring member" list?! CYAce01 (talk) 23:34, 27 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
See Talk:Metallica/Archive 7#John Marshall. 4TheWynne (talk contribs) 00:07, 28 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
@4TheWynne: I agree with not including Lombardo, Jordison and Larsen because they only helped with one show for one festival (members of Korn, System of a Down and Kid Rock shouldn't be included for their three shows in 2000, either). But Marshall helped with 36 shows, equally split over two tours, helping promote two different albums. Bob Rock was a hired professional (producer) for the band and did three shows—he was added to the "Touring member" list. John Marshall was a hired professional (guitar tech) for the band and did 36 shows—not added!!! CYAce01 (talk) 00:42, 28 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

List of Forged in Fire episodes.

What you've created looks great, I do have a question though. It seems like the article doesn't meet the requirements of WP:COLOR, specifically

Ensure that color is not the only method used to communicate important information. Especially, do not use colored text or background unless its status is also indicated using another method, such as an accessible symbol matched to a legend, or footnote labels. Otherwise, blind users or readers accessing Wikipedia through a printout or device without a color screen will not receive that information.

I'm thinking that putting the place in front of the name (instead of just John Smith with a gold background, have 1:John Smith with a gold background and either Med: or 4:Med as the prefix for those who have had to quit (have they had anyone have to quit in the handle round?).Naraht (talk) 10:38, 19 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Naraht: Thanks for the great feedback. I've been brainstorming ideas (different symbols, numbering, formatting, colors, legend types, etc) I could use while performing other edits on the article. Nothing's stuck yet. But, once I make a decision, I'll more than likely do a mass edit. CYAce01 (talk) 05:56, 20 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
@Naraht: Done. How does it look? CYAce01 (talk) 19:09, 24 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
@CYAce01: looks good. Not sure the term "Medically Discharged" is the best, but can't come up with better off the top of my head. Didn't realize we had someone who was medically discharged in the 2nd round...Naraht (talk) 21:04, 24 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
