editYou need to look at the deletion log for the reason for deletion. As I recall, the subject doesn't appear to meet the notability criteria for actresses. If you think she does, you need to add the necessary independent references. There were references in the article, but as far as I could see, they were all to sources such as IMDb, which are not considered reliable sources or enough in themselves to demonstrate notability. I googled on her, but could find nothing relevant apart from these websites which list every single actor who has ever had a walk-on part in a screen production.
