The article was a substantial copy of http://www.saintaire.com/company. Wikipedia cannot accept copied material unless a formal copyright release has been made. Assertion of permission to use is not enough, and minor rewording does not avoid a copyright violation. Please read Wikipedia:Copy-paste.

It is not usually worth making a copyright release, because the promotional tone of a company or personal website is likely to be unsuitable for an encyclopedia article, which requires a neutral point of view.

Article subjects need to have notability, which is not a matter of opinion but has to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject."
