Your submission at Articles for creation: Gent Nakamura (August 7)

[edit source]
Draft declined
Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. Your draft submission to Articles for creation has been reviewed but not accepted at this time.
Feedback
The reviewer, Giuliotf, left the following feedback:
This draft's references do not show that the person meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion for people. The draft requires multiple published secondary sources that:
  • provide significant coverage: discuss the person in detail, not brief mentions or interviews lacking independent analysis;
  • are reliable: from reputable outlets with editorial oversight;
  • are independent: not connected to the person, such as interviews, press releases, the subject's own website, or sponsored content.
Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.
This draft reads like a resume or curriculum vitae. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a professional networking website or a place to promote yourself or your services. We also strongly discourage writing about yourself.

Articles about people must meet Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion for people. The draft requires multiple published secondary sources that:

  • provide significant coverage: discuss the person in detail, not just brief mentions or routine announcements;
  • are reliable: from reputable outlets with editorial oversight;
  • are independent: not connected to the person, such as interviews, press releases, the subject's own website, or sponsored content.
Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.
Article has several issues.

The sources are insufficient consisting only of a primary source and an ORCID profile. Article currently fails on notability grounds as no significant coverage in independent sources is presented to show notability.

Article reads as somewhat promotional and resume like.

Article also doesn't have sufficient inline citations for a biography of a living person

I understand your concerns regarding AI-generated content, but I want to assure you that this draft was written by a human with a genuine interest in documenting the subject. It is not "AI slop." You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on User:Commonservices/sandbox, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

Block notice

[edit source]
icon
Your account has been indefinitely blocked from editing because it has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. Also, your username gives the impression that the account represents a business, organisation, group, website, or role, which is against the username policy.

If you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization, you may request unblock and a username change. In your reasons, you must follow all these steps:

  1. Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the paid-contribution disclosure requirement; and
  2. Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked; and
  3. Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked; and
  4. Provide a new username.

To do this, insert the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked. If you are having trouble, you may want to try using the unblock wizard.

Before requesting a new username, check if it is still available. If the search says "There is no global account for [username]", the username is free to use.

Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the edit.

Requested username:

Request reason:

1. Disclosure of Compensation
I have not received and will not receive any compensation for my contributions on Wikipedia.
2. Understanding of the Block and Agreement
I understand that Wikipedia strictly prohibits advertising, promotion, and usernames representing organizations or roles. I acknowledge my mistake and sincerely apologize. I guarantee that I will never repeat any promotional edits.
3. Intended Contributions
If unblocked, I will focus strictly on improving neutral articles. I will only add verifiable, encyclopedic facts backed by reliable sources. I will completely avoid editing any pages related to my personal or business interests.
4. Proposed New Username
I request to change my username to "Commonservices_a", which I have confirmed is currently available. Commonservices (talk) 14:05, 19 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

That choice of new name isn't individualistic enough; your username needs to represent you as an individual, but your real name is not required. Something in the format of "JohnDoe of Commonservices" would be acceptable. If you are using an AI, please don't, we want to hear from you directly. We do not expect perfect spelling and grammar. I find it very difficult to believe that Mr. Nakamura is not your client or superior at work. 331dot (talk) 20:11, 19 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
