Speedy deletion nomination of StoneToss
editHello, CoolidgeCalvin,
Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Chaotic Enby and I thank you for your contributions.
I wanted to let you know, however, that I have tagged an article that you started, StoneToss, for deletion, because a consensus decision previously decided that it wasn't suitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia. If you wish to restore a page deleted via a deletion discussion, please use the deletion review process instead, rather than reposting the content of the page.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.
For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Chaotic Enby}}
. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~
. Thanks!

Introduction to contentious topics
editYou have recently edited a page related to gender-related disputes or controversies or people associated with them, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practice;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.
Genital modification and mutilation
editIn your edit to the Genital modification and mutilation article, you used the word "horrendous". Please avoid editorialising, and see Wikipedia's WP:NPOV policy on how to edit articles on controversial topics. — The Anome (talk) 15:21, 17 March 2024 (UTC)

Previous accounts
editCoolidgeCalvin, can you please disclose the previous accounts you have used to edit Wikipedia? As TarnishedPath said at ANI,
You display a bit of a grasp of WP policies considering your account is only 1 week old and you've only made 46 edits. TarnishedPathtalk 05:42, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
I noted the same thing and unless I missed it in that long thread, you never responded to his question.
Per WP:VALIDALT: "Alternative accounts should always be identified as such on their user pages", but you have not done so as required by policy. Please do so now. Thanks, Mathglot (talk) 20:28, 28 March 2024 (UTC)
False claim in your move request vote
editIn this statement at the requested move at Talk:Genital modification and mutilation, you supported your vote to Rename to genital mutilation using this argument:
the American Academy of Pedatrics identifies "gender-affirming surgery" as a form of mutilation so it should remain.
However in reality, your assertion about the AAP's position is demonstrably false and is the opposite of their actual position. The AAP supports gender-affirming care.[40][41] There is no way one could interpret the AAP's position as viewing gender confirming surgery as a form of mutilation. If your claim was a mistake on your part, please WP:REDACT it by striking out the assertion about the AAP at that discussion. If it was not a mistake, please explain.
