Thanks for adding the N/A note to VT Coronavirus stats

Thanks for adding the N/A row to [[1]]. I've been manually copying over the numbers from the map of Vermont on the VT Dept of Health site (under the heading "COVID-19 ACTIVITY IN VERMONT"), but had not noticed that they were not adding up to the overall total.
