There is no referencing at all to establish WP:GNG. Generally speaking, players like Bell who are essentially training camp cuts or UDFAs on IR don't meet Wikipedia's notability requirements.

You can claim you're not a sockpuppet. But the fact is that you are blocked. That is not subject to argument. You can file another unblock request but keep in mind what happened with your last request and consider how you would offer a reply against the evidence found by a checkuser.
