Wikipedia and copyright

To be used on Wikipedia, all other images must be made available under a free and open copyright license that allows commercial and derivative reuse.
• If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into either the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
• Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Hello Dear Nathan, I am new at this and I really need help. If follow all the guidelines that You have mentioned and submit the sandbox again, if it meets all the criteria, can it be published? Nathan2055 will not have seen the message above because you need to start it with a link to his user name as well as sign it at the end, as I have now done. Wikipedia is very strict on copyright, and we will not host text that is substantially taken from elsewhere. Your draft was otherwise a decent attempt, but note the following

• headings should be in sentence case

• Avoid repeated use of the same ref by using <ref name ="name"> instead of <ref> and on subsequent uses just put <ref name="name"/>

• If possible secondary sources like books are better than primary journal papers as refs

I note that you claim to be part of a group. Please note that editing on behalf of a group is not permitted. Accounts must be used by individuals, or they may be blocked, although in this case there doesn't seem to be a commercial or malicious intent, so that isn't necessary.

In addition to my previous comments, I'd add that you need to avoid loaded terms like "leading". I'd emphasise again that you need more secondary sources. As it stands, your text is heavily dependent on primary texts written by a very limited group of authors. If you email me, I'll send you the code for the deleted page.
