Request reason:

My IP address was blocked by AmandaNP, possibly because of a VPN. Turning off my VPN and refreshing made no difference. Searching by IP address for info on the block did not work, and submitting a ticket gave me error that my IP address could not be found. I had to use a different device to reset my password so I could log into my account, then turn off the VPN to edit. The block says it is set to expire Dec 2021. I am very confused.
