Editing a page that's blocked from editing due to vandalism
editI really want to edit a page that's now locked due to vandalism issue. The problem is even though it's locked the information contained in it is still wrong and is made with the intention of maligning the specific character on whom the page is set up. Can I know how I can edit such pages that are locked? I really want people to have actual facts instead of far fetched statements that's degrading? Dinesh2069 (talk) 22:12, 22 October 2019 (UTC)
Edit is inaccurate
which page ??? Karna page. Karna fan club (talk) 02:40, 23 October 2019 (UTC)
Yes I apologise, I will provide proper citations, I have no hatred for Arjuna. He is my favourite character and so I am posting the facts. I was lazy at first and did not provide citations properly.
Signature and talk pages
editHello. I noticed you left some comments over at the Kama talk page. No problem with that. However, it is best practice to sign your comments when you are done. So, how does one do this? Well, follow along here:
You can see that I signed one of your posts for you on the talk page. The other was signed by a bot. To accomplish this, on your keyboard (in the upper left), use shift and press the Tilde key four times. (To see what the "tilde" is click on the previous link in the previous sentence.) Then press "Enter" on your keyboard and your signature will be produced automatically.
This is what the four tildes look like after you press your key four times (~~~~
) but you won't see any parenthesis.
Alternatively, you can click on "Preview" in the editing window to see it before publishing. Then if you click on the "Publish" button that will actually "publish" your signature.
Pertaining to posting your comments on talk pages. It is best practice to post after the last section. If you notice, on the Kama talk page, I moved both of your submissions down - below the other submissions because your's is the most recent. Keep in mind, editors will eventually get upset if you don't sign, and don't place your submissions in the correct place.
If you have any questions or need further explanation, feel free to ask. Well, once again, good luck. ---Steve Quinn (talk) 04:53, 28 October 2019 (UTC)
== Arjuna might be your favorite character but you aren't supposed to edit as your wish. As my name itself indicates; I'm fan of Karna, but still i edit according to the truth. And more over, you are telling that you are providing resources or citations. You actually didn't provide those sources. they existed in Wikipedia i.e Arjuna article before you created article Arjuna. You are just editing the content. That to making sentences opposite. Its very wrong. Please stop this. Publish your views in sandbox or talk pages. I hope you understood Karna fan club (talk) 14:28, 28 October 2019 (UTC) I have literally provided citations which is available in my contributions if you check, please refrain from making personal attacks and stick to facts. Thank you
I am extremely sorry, this all seems a little complicated and it would take some time for me to get hang of it, I still did not understand properly what you said but I will try. (Dinesh2069 (talk) 02:35, 2 November 2019 (UTC))

- Take particular care while adding biographical material about a living person to any Wikipedia page and follow Wikipedia's Biography of Living Persons policy. Particularly, controversial and negative statements should be referenced with multiple reliable sources.
- No edit warring or abuse of multiple accounts.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.

Dear "Dinesh 2069", whatever you feel please mention in article talk page as you did in article Karna. Dont directly edit article. I hope you got the point Karna DV (talk) 02:53, 9 November 2019 (UTC)Karna DV (talk) 02:53, 9 November 2019 (UTC)
Wikipedia is supposed to be objective but you constantly revert my edits even when I given proper citations and now you are asking me not to edit. Why are you so adamant on false info? (Dinesh2069 (talk))
I'm not telling you not to edit. You can edit. But not the way which creates vandalism. If you feel content is not correct and infact it is opposite to your views, you can start discussion in talk pages. It will be seen by admins & then they will edit article.
Again I provided proper citations. There was no question of vandalism. You just don't want facts and have kept fake info without looking at their source and details. Atleast have the courage to admit the truth. (Dinesh2069 (talk) 07:05, 23 December 2019 (UTC))

editPlease do not delete or edit legitimate talk page comments, as you did at talk:Karna. Such edits are disruptive, and may appear to other editors to be vandalism. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Kleuske (talk) 13:18, 27 March 2020 (UTC)
- I am sorry I have to do it since it's false information. The actual info I provided isn't getting edited and I don't want the false one to get posted. Wikipedia shouldn't be biased. Dinesh2069 (talk) 14:29, 27 March 2020 (UTC)
- But I agree, I won't do it again but please make sure false information is not posted. (Dinesh2069 (talk) 14:30, 27 March 2020 (UTC))
- I do not care about the reasons. You simply leave other editors contribution alone. You can respond, point out all the flaws and debate to your hearts content, but do not delete other people’s comments. Kleuske (talk) 16:30, 27 March 2020 (UTC)
Sir, serious question. Why is Karna page locked for vandalism? If vandalism is a concern then why is the points still posted in it so wrong and baseless? Like sexual assault alligations to many things. When I asked everyone was just as rude as you, when I posted proofs someone literally said primary proofs doesn't matter We need secondary. (Dinesh2069 (talk) 05:34, 28 March 2020 (UTC))
I mean no offence, I am new to the Wikipedia editing and I don't really know how it works. I am learning, like you said I won't edit other's content now. Thank you. Dinesh2069 (talk) 05:37, 28 March 2020 (UTC)
- Well, madam, the reason pages get locked for vandalism is vandalism by multiple accounts and anonymous users. Also, Wikipedia is based on what reliable sources have to say on the subject, not your private opinions. As to WP:PRIMARY sources, they are very much open to interpretations, hence the encyclopedia prefers WP:SECONDARY sources. I suggest you read up on some policy. Kleuske (talk) 08:48, 28 March 2020 (UTC)
Thanks for the reply, I understand but the problem is apart from interpretation what if the source just gave direct answer. Like primary source clearly says Duryodhana asked draupadi to be dragged to the sabha, no epic ever says Karna abused Pandava's disguised as brahmins. Also just as you said interpretation, no epic says Vastraharan was a sexual assault but text says so. I did not give personal opinion but provided facts. I hope the admins Atleast consider it. Thanks and regards. (Dinesh2069 (talk) 16:45, 28 March 2020 (UTC))

editHello, I'm Worldbruce. I noticed that you recently removed content from Bengal famine of 1943 without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. --Worldbruce (talk) 01:18, 7 May 2020 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for June 22
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Kichaka, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Arjun (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:25, 22 June 2020 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Fire star on heat. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, it's important to be mindful of the feelings of your fellow editors, who may be frustrated by certain types of interaction. While you probably didn't intend any offense, please do remember that Wikipedia strives to be an inclusive atmosphere. In light of that, it would be greatly appreciated if you could moderate yourself so as not to offend. Thank you. Fire star on heat (talk) 14:03, 6 August 2020 (UTC)
It is not inclusive. Such lies. Dinesh2069 (talk) 17:31, 8 August 2020 (UTC)
Final warning
editI agree with Fire star on heat about your disruption at Bhima and Hindu mythological wars. Since that disruption took place some days ago, I won't block you now, but if you persist in disrupting articles, I certainly will. Bishonen | tålk 16:25, 6 August 2020 (UTC).
Like I said, do ban me. Even you know the articles are full of fake stuff. Keep hurting others religious sentiments. Dinesh2069 (talk) 17:31, 8 August 2020 (UTC)
This is not at all correct way of editing in wikipedia. You seem to be too emotional and degrading articles in wikipedia. You cannot degrade and coin a name that articles are "fake". Please go through wikipedia policies. No body is hurting sentiments of others. Your statements are wrong. Thank you and have a nice day. Fire star on heat (talk) 06:25, 11 August 2020 (UTC)
All I am going to say is. Do check both the pages. It's fully wrong. Not only is this bhikari site showing fake information but also threatening others who try to show the real deal. No wonder people have lost all trust from wikipedia. Dinesh2069 (talk) 16:02, 23 August 2020 (UTC)
You are hurting religious sentiments. I am trying to look into legal remedy for malicious contents, hope something works out soon. Dinesh2069 (talk) 16:02, 23 August 2020 (UTC)
No body is hurting religious sentiments. If that's the case you are hurting religious sentiments by using harsh language and intentionally defaming characters like Indra. Take a look at this one [1]. You clearly mentioned a word 'begging'. But it is not true. There are no sources provided. Infact you need to provide authentic and reliable sources. You are also vandalizing content by bringing certain words like 'superiority' etc. Your editing might lead to conflicts and disputes among fellow users. So please stop editing in this wrong way. Final warning is also given. Hope you won't repeat this again. Thank you and have a nice day. Fire star on heat (talk) 10:47, 24 September 2020 (UTC)
Last warning for what? I am speaking politely with you and I did give reliable source. I literally gave primary Mahabharata translation by world renowned schar Kesari Mohan Ganguli. Indra did beg to Karna. What religious sentiments were hurt? It seems you have some special disliking for Karna and I am starting to think you are not even admin. If you are then you are probably the worst admin there is who doesn't even accept when proofs are provided and just keeps saying last warning.
Ps: I will keep editing. I will repeat it again. You don't have any authority, probably neither at your home nor here lol Dinesh2069 (talk) 06:20, 30 September 2020 (UTC)
- Who are you speaking to, me or Fire star on heat? You don't seem to be aware that we're two different people when you say "It seems you have some special disliking for Karna and I am starting to think you are not even admin". I'm an admin, he's not. Bishonen | tålk 10:46, 1 October 2020 (UTC).
- @Dinesh2069: You cannot use translations of the Mahabharata as a source (re your statement I literally gave primary Mahabharata translation by world renowned schar Kesari Mohan Ganguli). Please read WP:RS and WP:Secondary.--RegentsPark (comment) 13:29, 1 October 2020 (UTC)
You are claiming that I dislike character Karna as you mentioned in your latest edit [2]. How can you decide that without any proof or evidence. You are very harsh towards fellow users. I need not prove your claim but still I'm doing to erase all your assumptions. Take a look at following edits of mine: [3]. In this I added facts favouring Karna which display his achievements and heroism. In the following edits I highlighted same: [4][5]. These edits of mine are much enough to show that I'm not against character Karna. Neither I'm editing in favour of Karna nor against him. I'm sticking to neutral policy of wikipedia. Even you do that. Don't edit as your wish by using harsh language and even don't abuse other users as you did at your talk page. Please read wikipedia policies. Thank you. Fire star on heat (talk) 07:36, 2 October 2020 (UTC)
You may be blocked soon
editHello user,

This is the last warning for you, from there any conflicts against your contribution, you will be blocked. No excuse after that.
Thanks,
