editPlease do not add copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to Diversity training. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. The copyrighted materials are my own. Just stating that it is printed with permission in the bocy of the information, which is consistent with publishing. Billy Vaughn
- You need to have a GDFL license on your stuff for it to be reproduced here. Do you? And there are a number of issues with the other text you added as well, mainly its non-encyclopedic tone. Gscshoyru 18:32, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
- P.S -- see WP:CITE for how to properly cite sources. Gscshoyru 18:35, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Diversity training, you will be blocked from editing. That site does not look like a credible reference, also, please see WP:3RR. Neither of us can change the article for a while, I suggest we discuss this. Gscshoyru 18:47, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
Yes, I would like to discuss this. Our work is state-of-the-art and we are being asked to provide a reference. In fact, links as a reference are encouraged I noticed. So, I am stuck. If I give you a reference that is from a credible source, but it is to my own site, then it looks like I am trying to drive traffic there. If I don't, then it does not look like a credible contribution. Yes, we do have a GDFL license, which I realize now that I should have placed in my materials. My bad! I will try again to make a contribution in the future and request your support to make certain that we can contribute to this great resource for helping people understand how to relate to other better. Thanks Gscshoyru for your comments and not just throwing me off due to my getting familiar with Wikipedia.
- "Our work"? Um... you may want to see WP:COI. Gscshoyru 23:18, 13 September 2007 (UTC)

Hello. You might want to merge your new article's content into Intercultural learning. Regards, De728631 (talk) 21:18, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
Cross-cultural training is a more popular keyword. Intercultural learning is one goal of the broader cross-cultural training terminology. So, for search purposes, it should be the other way around because intercultural learning is not a popular keyword. Hope this helps.
I'm not familiar with the terminology there, but in that case you should at least link those two articles via a comment or something. Your above explanation might just do that job. De728631 (talk) 21:34, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
