Speedy deletion nomination of Vanessa Jenkins

Hello, I've been noticing the images your uploading. I wanted you to know how to add rationale and the uploading of new versions.

• When you upload an image, make sure the rationale is correct. I've noticed you've said "Purpose of use: To show image". Just no. You need to provide a purpose. So if its for a soap character, it's to help the readers understanding of the article. Please improve on that.
• Your filenames are ridiculous. Something like for example "File:243pxLizMcdonald4521.jpg" is ridiculous. In future please name it something like "File:Liz Turner CS.jpg".
