Hello. I just want you to know that I was the one who tagged your Concordia University at Austin article and nominated your Accelerated Degree Program article for speedy deletion under Wikipedia's Spam policy. I appreciate the effort you've obviously put into both articles, even taking time to learn how to use Wikilinks, images, infoboxes, photo galleries-- you've put togetehr a polished-looking article. However, neither article conforms to Wikipedia's philosophy of Neutral Point of View, in which glowing reports about anything at all are discouraged. The Accelerated Degree Program article is considered an advertisement and an inappropriate topic for an encyclopedia. I also want to add that I hope you don't feel like you have been bitten in the head the moment that you set foot here. As I said, the Austin article is great; it's just not written in the tone that Wikipedia articles are expected to be written in. Thank you for the advice. There was also a comment on the talk page that said something about the photographs I'm using. They are mine and I think that the licensing I placed them under is correct. Please let me know if anything needs to be changed so that they don't get deleted. I am creating this page for Concorida University at Austin per their request. What Real96 means is that it was probably inappropriate for the college to commission you to write an article about them. Wikipedia should not be used to promote yourself. However, there is nothing at all wrong with having an article about the school-- as long as it's written in the correct tone, which it is now, I think. The problem originally was that you used language that was complementary rather than strictly neutral. I think that it's pretty much fixed now. I have no idea why people raised copyright issues with your pictures or images; my guess is that it's because you're a new user who has contributed only to one or two articles, and most new users of this kind lack the technical skills and dedication that you've shown; they steal images from websites rather than taking pictures for themselves. Obviously, if they had bothered to look at the description pages, they would have seen that they are your personal pictures.

Once again, I really hope that you don't feel like you've been "bitten;" you obviously have a lot to offer to Wikipedia and I'd hate for you to go away disgruntled. Your article puts to shame the one I wrote on my alma mater, Concordia University Chicago.
