Possible COI/PAID

Before we proceed please use the ping function when replying. I have added the COI tag to the Chukwuka Monye article you created today (and have done before) and was deleted 17 days ago, if I may ask what is your connection with the subject of your article? If you say none exists then why are you re-creating a promotional article on a non notable business man whose article was just deleted 17 days ago, furthermore how did you get the picture of him? Hi @Celestina007:, The subject Chukwuka Monye is not known to me nor do I have a connection to him. He declared to run for the presidency in my home country - Nigeria and this has been the talk in the media and social media because he portrays a closer connection to young people than other older politicians. I tried to create an article and found that there was a recently deleted article, I reached out to the XFD closing admin and did a rewrite of the deleted article taking off promotional content from it. Regarding how I found his picture - :You can find this on commons as it already existed - https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Chukwuka_Monye.jpg. If there are bits that appear promotional in the article here then it's fine to take those parts out and not the entire article as there is proof of notability.
