I have absolutely no problem with it. Why should I care, i can just create a new one. And you can permantenly block this IP Address for all I care. I have no intention, in actuality, of stopping you provided your edits in your new account are quality edits and not the personal attacks and vandalism that have dominated this account. I'm quite happy for you to have a refresh start. That means that even if I can determine what the new account is called, I won't block it unless it too is used to harm Wikipedia. But surely if you know i have a new account before July you'll be obliged to block me. You know I havent actually done any REAL vanadalism here. I would never mess up a page or anything. And a lot of the "personal attacks" that I did were just for the enjoyment if getting around the system. Which I did, and yet you still called them vandalism to my annoyance. Making personal attacks ("fucking" and "wanker" for starters) for "the enjoyment if [sic] getting around the system" IS vandalism. It's more objectionable than swearing in the heat of a dispute.
